Our MEng program offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to explore various engineering fundamentals while tailoring your studies in the later years.
The curriculum emphasizes engineering design and modeling, providing numerous chances to translate theory into practical solutions. You'll also gain insights into business and management within an engineering framework.
During the initial two years, you'll master essential mechanical engineering concepts, including mathematics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and material science.
The latter half focuses on career preparation and specialization. You can pursue biomechanics or maintain a general mechanical engineering path, with opportunities for international study.
The Biomechanics specialization involves two years of interdisciplinary study combining engineering with biomedical sciences to enhance healthcare solutions.
The standard Mechanical Engineering track includes a third-year group design project tackling real-world problems, often with external clients. Your final year features an extensive individual project, with diverse module options to align with your professional goals.
