Our worldwide health research and education approaches international public health from a health systems viewpoint. We operate across diverse health systems to generate studies employing realist evaluation and synthesis, examining effectiveness through social, environmental, economic, and political health determinants. Our transdisciplinary methods tackle problems by collaboratively analyzing challenges and crafting solutions across institutions, sectors, and systems. We focus on building and enhancing partnerships among low-, middle-, and high-income nations, utilizing participatory, action-based research to co-create policy-relevant evidence across different countries.
Our work assesses policy and intervention implementation, yielding actionable insights for health system improvements.
