The program's foundation year offers individuals with non-traditional qualifications comprehensive academic preparation to succeed in degree-level studies within the History Department. After successfully finishing the foundation year, participants will advance to the BA History program.
This preparatory year is thoughtfully structured to boost self-assurance, cultivate crucial academic and learning techniques, and deliver specialized knowledge needed for achievement. A minimum GCSE grade D/3 in Mathematics (or equivalent) may also be required. A GCSE grade C/4 may be required for some science programmes.
IELTS - Overall score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, TOEFL - Overall score of 80 with a minimum of 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking and 17 in Writing, Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic, PTE Academic UKVI - Overall score of 56 with a minimum of 51 in each component.
