This dynamic program immerses you in forensic psychology and criminal behavior studies, providing comprehensive knowledge of clinical applications like forensic assessments, consultation services, practical interventions, and their evaluation in forensic environments.

The curriculum challenges you to critically examine criminal behavior theories. You'll explore the root causes of offending, including how criminal behaviors begin, evolve, and persist, while connecting theoretical frameworks to real-world forensic practice.

You'll study various therapeutic approaches while recognizing the unique difficulties of working with forensic populations. The program examines the intricate connection between mental health conditions and criminal acts, along with the justice system structure in England and Wales - covering law enforcement, judicial processes, corrections, and crime prevention organizations. You'll analyze psychology's role in justice systems and explore investigative psychology elements like interrogation techniques, witness testimony, jury behavior, and criminal profiling.
