At the University of Reading, our philosophy program develops logical thinking, critical analysis of arguments, and the ability to examine both personal and external viewpoints. You'll gain knowledge of core philosophical theories, key texts, and influential thinkers, learning from renowned scholars specializing in ethics, philosophy of mind, and language. The curriculum also includes non-Western philosophical traditions, with a focus on Indian thought.
