Tailored for socially aware students passionate about improving society through performance arts, this specialized program blends community-oriented learning with research-based instruction, enabling hands-on work with diverse communities.

Digital approaches within applied practices may include: interactive digital narratives, immersive performance exhibits in cultural institutions, and integrating drama-based teaching with digital tools to aid refugee language acquisition.

Career pathways and alumni initiatives encompass: collaborations with the Department for International Development (DfID), involvement with Plymouth Octopus Project, and developing marine awareness programs alongside the Department of Education in cooperation with Plymouth Sound National Marine Park.
