Our research focuses on advancing knowledge of earth and environmental systems across various spatial and temporal dimensions. We examine interactions within the biosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere, and lithosphere to understand historical trends, current conditions, and potential future transformations.
Our team develops cutting-edge methods for gathering, processing, and sharing geoscientific data. Equipped with advanced laboratory facilities and information systems, we conduct both theoretical and practical studies with particular emphasis on resource conservation, environmental stewardship, biodiversity protection, risk reduction, and ecosystem rehabilitation.
