The Comparative Literature PhD program provides research supervision across all areas of comparative literature and cultural studies, spanning from the Medieval period to contemporary times. Qualification Requirements
A first degree with at least 2:1, or an equivalent qualification (BA in Literature, Languages, Cultural Studies or similar subject) and ideally some knowledge of a European language other than English. We would usually expect you to hold or be working towards a masters degree in a relevant subject. IELTS - 7.0 (no less than 6.5 in each element), TOEFL (iBT) - 100 (with a minimum of 20 in speaking and 19 in all other elements)
