Our department hosts the Centre for Research in Race and Rights, where we conduct world-recognized studies in this field. We jointly direct the University's Research Priority Area focused on Rights and Justice. Our work emphasizes worldwide public involvement that confronts racism, discrimination, and human rights abuses in all their forms.
We excel particularly in Black Studies, Latino Studies, and Asian-American Studies, collaborating extensively with research partners both nationally and internationally.
