Course introduction

Electronic engineering professionals create, refine, evaluate, and supervise the production of diverse technologies - from unmanned aerial vehicles and electric automobiles to smartphone components, navigation systems, and medical equipment.

Our program provides multiple pathways to expand your electronics knowledge. You'll engage in laboratory projects, working both independently and collaboratively in small groups. The curriculum emphasizes project management skills and applying technical expertise to solve various challenges.

As electronic technology continues evolving rapidly, you'll graduate equipped to conceptualize, comprehend, and advance tomorrow's electronic systems. Our program delivers essential engineering competencies for careers in technology or various other fields.

All electrical and electronic engineering undergraduates begin with a shared curriculum, maintaining flexibility to switch specializations through their second year's third semester. Students may also opt to incorporate international study or industrial placement years after enrollment. By year three, you can focus on subjects aligning with your professional goals.

MEng applicants receive contextual BEng offers - if MEng requirements aren't met but BEng standards are achieved, automatic BEng placement occurs.
