Pharmacology explores medications and their effects on biological systems. Through the University of Northampton's BSc Pharmacology program, students examine pharmaceutical development and how substances interact with the body at molecular, cellular, and systemic levels.

Pharmacologists play a vital role in creating medications and immunizations that address contemporary health challenges, such as:

Combating bacterial infections through antibiotics
Managing HIV with antiretroviral therapies

GCSE Maths and English Language required at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent.
