Our PhD/MPhil program offers the opportunity to pursue a research initiative delivering advanced training in Occupational and Environmental Health. Our studies explore connections between workplace/environmental factors (including air pollution, radiation, pesticides, and carcinogens), the exposome, and human health outcomes. We also conduct research evaluating how exposure-reduction interventions affect population health, alongside investigations into stress, wellbeing, and workplace reintegration during or after medical treatment. These projects typically involve diverse collaboration across disciplines, bringing together epidemiologists, health researchers, statisticians, toxicologists, medical professionals, social scientists, molecular biologists, and geneticists.
