Our PhD/MPhil program in Musculoskeletal Science allows you to pursue a research project that advances knowledge in this field. The Centre for Musculoskeletal Research (CfMR) conducts studies through dedicated teams and individual researchers exploring genetic and epidemiological factors of musculoskeletal disorders. Key focus areas include: rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis (OA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), myositis, and scleroderma (Sc). With an excellent history of student mentorship, our senior faculty members are actively involved in supervision. We offer an extensive training and mentorship program designed for various career stages. Postgraduate researchers receive specialized instruction in fundamental laboratory techniques, biostatistics, and epidemiological methods.
