The MPRE (Master of Planning and Real Estate) is a four-year intensive undergraduate program accredited by both the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

For the initial three years, students follow the same curriculum as our BSc (Hons) Planning and Real Estate, exploring challenges professionals encounter in planning, developing, and managing built and natural environments.

The final year offers master's-level instruction, delivering specialized training in planning and real estate to accelerate career progression. Students can freely transition between degree programs, including the option to join or leave the four-year integrated Masters track at any point during their studies.
