The BA in Modern History with Economics offers a versatile program centered on modern history, economic history, economics, and political economy. A standout aspect is the chance to cultivate and utilize transferable skills gained from exploring interconnected fields in history and social sciences. Foundational units in history and economics form the degree's core during the initial two years, progressing to specialized choices (in history and economics/political economy) in the third year, which includes completing a 12,000-word independent research project.
