Created and taught by renowned academics and specialists, the MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology is a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited course aimed at cultivating the next generation of occupational psychology professionals capable of improving workplace effectiveness and well-being. This program incorporates current research and innovative studies to address all key areas of occupational psychology, helping students critically examine how workplace behavior research can be applied to boost individual and organizational performance.
