IntroductionThis extensive program covers a broad spectrum of essential and optional subjects, such as workplace psychological evaluation, strategic leadership and organizational transformation, employee well-being and job design, learning and corporate performance, along with modern themes in personnel management like diversity, equity and inclusion, ethical practices and sustainability, the growing influence of AI in HR, and workforce analytics.This curriculum emphasizes cultivating professional competencies and behaviors while teaching how to effectively utilize research insights to shape thoughtful HR strategies and choices. You'll become skilled at analyzing workforce data and cutting-edge research to improve HR approaches and maximize staff growth, involvement, and workplace wellness.Furthermore, you'll gain practical experience by examining real business scenarios and tackling consultancy projects, creating customized solutions for current HR and work psychology challenges. By blending organizational psychology fundamentals with human resources expertise, this MSc aims to develop capable, self-assured, and ethically conscious future leaders in people management. We accept a 2:2 honours degree from a UK university, or an equivalent academic qualification from a similar non-UK institution. This degree can be in any subject discipline. IELTS 6.5 overall, with no component below 6.0.
