IntroductionThis extensive program covers a broad spectrum of essential and optional subjects, such as workplace psychological evaluation, strategic leadership and organizational transformation, employee well-being and job design, learning and corporate performance, along with modern themes in personnel management like diversity, equity and inclusion, ethical practices and sustainability, the growing influence of AI in HR, and workforce analytics.This curriculum emphasizes cultivating professional competencies and behaviors while teaching how to effectively utilize research insights to shape thoughtful HR strategies and choices.
