The School of Pharmacy strives to cultivate dedicated pharmacists and pharmaceutical researchers capable of tackling significant global healthcare issues in the 2020s and future decades. These professionals play a vital role in connecting scientific innovation with patient care, fostering meaningful connections with patients, medical providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Our research program enables students to engage with experts across pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology sectors while building both domestic and international partnerships. Past research initiatives have spanned the United States, Europe, and Asia. The School concentrates its research efforts on two primary fields: Drug Discovery, Design, and Delivery, along with Clinical Pharmacy and Practice. Graduate students enjoy access to custom-designed lab facilities, specialized equipment, comprehensive skill-building programs, and guidance from committed faculty mentors. With robust industry connections and a prominent role in the Lincoln Institute of Health, the School partners with the Antimicrobial Research Group (AMR), Community and Health Research Unit (CAHRU), National Centre for Food Manufacturing (NCFM), and collaborates with the Schools of Engineering, Chemistry, and Life Sciences.
