First or upper second class honours degree or a Master's degree with a significant law element. Direct entry onto the PhD may be available with an appropriate Master's degree or MPhil.

IELTS - 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each element.
TOEFL IBT - 79 overall, Reading - 18 , Listening -17, Speaking - 20, Writing - 20.
