The Eleanor Glanville Centre focuses on critically examining equality, diversity, and inclusion, pushing innovative ideas beyond traditional academic boundaries. Students joining our research teams will participate in groundbreaking studies with tangible real-world effects, supporting our mission to transform culture and foster inclusive excellence. At the Centre, researchers collaborate with internationally acclaimed academics, including Professor Belinda Colston, who specializes in creating and assessing innovative approaches for inclusive research environments, and Professor Abigail Powell, an expert in gender dynamics in both domestic and professional settings, particularly in male-dominated fields, youth studies, financial stability, and impact assessment.
