Gaining insight into the attitudes and behaviors that shape our culture and influence our living and working environments can help address widespread inequalities in societies globally. The Eleanor Glanville Centre focuses on critically examining equality, diversity, and inclusion, pushing innovative ideas beyond traditional academic boundaries. Students joining our research teams will participate in groundbreaking studies with tangible real-world effects, supporting our mission to transform culture and foster inclusive excellence. At the Centre, researchers collaborate with internationally acclaimed academics, including Professor Belinda Colston, who specializes in creating and assessing innovative approaches for inclusive research environments, and Professor Abigail Powell, an expert in gender dynamics in both domestic and professional settings, particularly in male-dominated fields, youth studies, financial stability, and impact assessment. Students will thrive in a nurturing academic environment that encourages knowledge exchange to influence sector-wide strategies, policies, and practices.
