We are a multidisciplinary group of criminology experts focused on intensive research. For over three decades, we've maintained outstanding standards in education, scholarly investigation, business initiatives, and professional development. Our research influences global policies. Doctoral candidates undertake an autonomous research endeavor with support from an advisory team. The maximum enrollment duration before submitting a thesis is 4 years for full-time students or 7 years for part-time students. Typically, hands-on research (encompassing experiments, lab work, field studies, and data gathering) spans 3 to 3.5 years full-time or 6 to 6.5 years part-time. After completing active research, students may apply for a writing-up extension of up to one year. The combined research and writing phases cannot surpass the total enrollment limit. Theses generally shouldn't exceed 80,000 words and must present novel findings with publishable-quality work. Final degree conferral requires successful defense of the thesis in an oral examination (viva voce).
