Our Master's program in Clinical Education equips you to excel as a clinical educator while enhancing your capabilities in educational leadership, academic research, and innovation. This program explores the instruction and professional growth of healthcare practitioners, sharpens your hands-on abilities, and examines the research supporting modern clinical education methods. In addition to structured coursework, you'll undertake a dissertation project, enabling you to implement your acquired clinical education expertise in an area of personal interest. The curriculum is organized around three core themes representing current clinical education: Practical Clinical Education Leadership in Healthcare Education Educational Research Innovation Beyond earning your postgraduate degree, you can pursue recognition from Advance HE as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. You'll learn alongside experienced clinicians from various specialties and career phases, participating in an encouraging, diverse learning community guided by top education specialists and researchers. Medical undergraduates can also pursue this qualification through an intercalated MSc (iMSc) option.

Either a Bachelors degree (or equivalent qualification) in a clinical discipline, in which you are actively practicing, and in which you hold appropriate professional registration or licensing.
Or a Bachelors degree in another subject with evidence of recent experience and/or current involvement in clinical education.
