A Master's by Research (MA) offers a one-year full-time or two-year part-time research program with minimal structured coursework. This format provides an opportunity to investigate a research subject in less time than a PhD, while still demanding self-directed learning.
Unlike taught Master's programs, Research Master's candidates select a focused project and enjoy more autonomy in their academic work.
Students create an approved study plan during their initial months, collaborating with their supervisor. Throughout the research process, they enhance their investigative abilities under expert guidance.
