Our research examines transportation and mobility through social and political science lenses, focusing on creating efficient, equitable, and eco-friendly mobility solutions at local, national, and international levels. The mobility framework significantly impacts our social interactions, economic possibilities, and daily pursuits while carrying substantial environmental and health consequences - from carbon footprints and urban air quality to resource allocation and land utilization. While mobility affects all members of society, its impacts are unevenly distributed. The local and global governance and organization of mobility systems directly shape how these social, health, economic, and environmental factors are experienced and allocated across populations.
