Ethical considerations surrounding how individuals shape others' beliefs, voting patterns, decisions, and actions remain highly relevant across both public and private spheres. Our flagship initiative, Leading Minds, aims to develop a thorough ethical framework for persuasive leadership. Concentrating primarily on organizational influence and leadership, this project integrates insights from diverse disciplines such as classical and political philosophy, organizational behavior, psychology, and corporate leadership.
