Pursuing a PhD enables you to deeply investigate a subject you're passionate about while making a significant impact in your field. You'll undertake a substantial independent research project on a self-selected topic, culminating in a thesis of roughly 100,000 words. You'll be supported throughout by either one supervisor or two co-supervisors who are experts in your research area. External circumstances and cultural norms frequently shape human behavior. Our studies examine how ethical decision-making can be enhanced or hindered by situational factors. Specifically, we investigate how professional environments, workplace culture, and leadership frameworks contribute to fostering ethical conduct.
