Investigating genomic and epigenomic alterations underlying cancer mechanisms. Our studies encompass examining cancer genomes and transcriptomes, exploring structural biology and dynamics of oncogenic pathways, deciphering intracellular and intercellular signaling in abnormal tissue development, researching cancer-causing viruses, and identifying potential therapeutic compounds through screening and design.
