The Master of Philosophy degree is granted upon completion of a thesis (typically 200 pages or 60,000 words) that demonstrates your ability to conduct research and/or scholarship at a publishable standard, meeting peer-review criteria. Examiners will assess whether your work represents what could reasonably be achieved within two to three years of full-time study (or four to six years for part-time candidates). Additionally, you must show comprehensive knowledge in your research field. This program is ideal for students with two years of research funding.
