As human populations expand and our actions increasingly endanger ecosystems, the fields of ecology and conservation biology have become critically vital. This program will teach you how to preserve biodiversity and understand the essential ecological mechanisms at work. Throughout this course, you'll acquire state-of-the-art expertise while honing your abilities in ecological and conservation practices, from local environments to global ecosystems. Through immersive field studies in breathtaking locations and laboratory observations of animal behaviors, you'll master techniques for assessing species populations, examine how organisms interact with one another and their surroundings, and develop innovative approaches to solving conservation challenges. Tailor your education by selecting from diverse elective courses covering topics like animal behavior, evolutionary biology, climate science, sustainable practices, and environmental legislation.

A-level - AAA
GCSE - Grade 6 (B) or above at GCSE maths and Grade 4 (C) or above at GCSE English. The Faculty of Biological Sciences will accept Level 2 Functional Skills English in lieu of GCSE English.
International Baccalaureate -
BSc- 6,6,5 at higher level including Biology and preferably another science or science-related subject. If Biology is the only science at higher level, a 6 will be required.
