If you've maintained a long-term passion or established ties in political or international studies, possibly through your career or other meaningful experiences, an MA by Research could be an excellent fit. This program operates through personalized one-on-one guidance, carefully designed to match both the project requirements and the researcher's objectives. You'll investigate and compose a thesis of roughly 30,000 words on a topic you select. The School does not provide general research training for students enrolled in this program. Additionally, MA by Research students cannot transition to a PhD program.
