The BA (Hons) Psychology and Criminology program combines our hands-on experience in both Psychology and Criminology fields. This degree equips you with research-backed understanding of core psychological principles alongside practical applications of modern criminological theories. You'll examine societal structures, their stresses and impacts, while investigating criminal motivations, consequences of offenses, and potential prevention strategies. The program also prepares you for advanced studies in specialized fields like forensic psychology.

You have the option to begin with an additional Foundation Year. This preparatory phase concentrates on building essential academic skills for university-level study, mirroring the core modules found in our law, business, and other social science programs. Initial coursework strengthens your communication abilities, digital competencies, and analytical thinking. The structure also permits potential transfers to alternative degree programs if you discover new academic interests, depending on availability and meeting necessary criteria.
