The Master of Science in Architecture and Sustainable Environment (MASE) is a postgraduate program designed for global professionals and scholars passionate about sustainable built environments, welcoming architects, engineers, geographers, surveyors, historians, and urban planners. Delivered by the Centre for Architecture and Sustainable Environment, an innovative research hub within Kent School of Architecture and Planning (KSAP), this program fosters interdisciplinary collaboration in sustainability research, breaking down conventional barriers between arts and sciences, theory and practice. Curriculum spans from cultivating design expertise and technical knowledge for creating sustainable building solutions (both new constructions and renovations) to examining historical structures and traditional environmental technologies, alongside critically assessing sustainability's cultural and historical dimensions in environmental design.
