Course introductionWhat shapes human thoughts, emotions, and perceptions? Psychology examines human behavior scientifically. As a Business Psychology student, you'll utilize psychological principles, methodologies, and frameworks to address practical business challenges such as leadership dynamics, organizational misconduct, flexible work arrangements, and workplace wellness.You'll develop thorough psychological understanding, analytical reasoning capabilities, strong communication techniques, data interpretation skills, and moral consciousness. The program aims to equip you to drive meaningful improvements in professional environments.During your Placement Year, you'll gain hands-on experience in business-oriented roles, enhancing your career-ready competencies.You'll acquire practical skills for implementing psychological concepts in real-world work situations.
UCAS Points - 112-128. A Level - ABB, BTEC - DDM, IB - 128 tariff points - typically H5, H6, H6 or equivalent. BTEC Nationals - Distinction, Distinction, Merit. GCSE Mathematics grade C or 4. T Level - The University will consider applicants holding T Level qualifications in subjects closely aligned to the course. Access to HE Diploma - obtains with 45 at Level 3 credits at distinction and 24 credits at Merit. IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. TOEFL iBT 80 overall (with a minimum of 20 in R; 19 in L&W; 22 in S).
