This Master's program offers graduates with a bachelor's degree the chance to complete an intensive two-year nursing qualification, leading to NMC registration eligibility. The curriculum equips students to become skilled, empathetic pediatric nurses capable of delivering care in diverse healthcare settings. You'll learn essential techniques for supporting children, adolescents, and their families across various health situations - from acute conditions to chronic illnesses and preventative care.

The program cultivates both clinical expertise and theoretical knowledge to help you meet NMC professional standards. Key focus areas include ethical practice, effective communication, clinical decision-making, and collaborative teamwork. The training prepares you to address patient needs across all nursing specialties, including adult care, learning disabilities, and mental health.
With a balanced 50-50 split between classroom learning and clinical placements, this rigorous program spans two years of mandatory modules. You'll collaborate with nursing students from other specialties throughout your studies.
Instruction comes from dedicated faculty members, clinical supervisors, and assessors who combine academic research with substantial practical experience in pediatric nursing.
