Architecture explores speculative concepts and crafted realities to envision alternative futures. Our community of students and faculty rigorously investigates the vast potential of constructed spaces. Spanning design, materials, culture, and experience across local and global contexts, we champion an innovative, meticulous, and visionary methodology to redefine architecture's trajectory.
The program offers two pathways: Architecture and Architecture International. During the final year, students may choose between a Domestic or International Design Studio, each providing unique perspectives to examine varied cultural landscapes. With its emphasis on environmental and social dimensions, the curriculum exposes participants to a breadth of imaginative concepts and inspirations.
Career pathways
For those pursuing professional accreditation, successful completion of the BA(Hons) degree grants the RIBA Part 1 qualification. This enables progression to our Architecture/Architecture (International) (RIBA Part 2) MArch program. The initial year involves practical experience in an architectural practice, followed by two years of intensive academic study at the University.
