We'll guide you through every step, covering essential topics from aircraft structures and materials to aerodynamics. Aerospace is our passion and deeply rooted in our institution's heritage - it's where we started. Since 1952, when we first partnered with the de Havilland Aircraft Corporation and BAE Systems to train pioneering aerospace engineers, our degree program has earned a stellar reputation in the industry. We participate in the CDIO Initiative (Conceive Design Implement Operate), a global collaboration of educators, industry experts, and engineering leaders committed to advancing engineering education. Our undergraduate program incorporates the CDIO framework, giving you hands-on experience through Design and Build projects throughout your studies.
Career prospects for graduates are outstanding across both civilian and defense aerospace sectors. Many students secure sponsorships or job offers during their industrial placements. Our alumni have contributed to significant projects including the Airbus A380, Typhoon fighter jet, as well as missile systems, satellites, and space exploration vehicles.
