The Master's program in International & Comparative Education fosters a multidisciplinary and analytical perspective on education for individuals passionate about global education, comparative studies, education policy, and international development. In today's interconnected world, education practitioners must cultivate a global outlook and possess the ability to examine education's role in tackling societal, political, and economic issues through an internationally-aware lens.
This MSc curriculum integrates frameworks and methodologies from social sciences and humanities to critically evaluate pressing global matters in international and comparative education. Through our mentorship program, students can build professional connections while gaining hands-on experience applicable to careers with international institutions, global development organizations, and national education agencies with worldwide perspectives.
Our faculty brings together specialized knowledge and research backgrounds spanning diverse regions, including the Americas, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Arab World, and both Western and Eastern Europe. Participants strengthen their research capabilities by designing independent projects focused on their selected themes and geographical areas of interest.
