This theater degree program explores performance events and theatrical culture through critical analysis, historical context, and hands-on practice. We maintain strong ties with professional theater networks, offering students the chance to learn from nationally and internationally recognized experts. Alumni have pursued diverse career paths, with many entering fields directly related to professional theater production, arts administration, and creative management. Some notable graduate achievements include becoming accomplished stage directors, casting professionals, arts administrators, comedy performers, and scriptwriters. Advanced entry
Applicants who achieve exceptional grades in their Advanced Highers, A-levels or International Baccalaureate may be considered for advanced entry, meaning that an Honours degree can be completed in three years instead of the normal four years, or four years for five-year integrated Masters programmes.
