Our global connections extend to UK cultural institutions and international research centers, drawing students from varied cultural backgrounds worldwide.Postwar Italian cinema (with special focus on gender perspectives, audience reception, and postfeminist analyses of prostitution portrayals).Italian literary studies (covering modern/contemporary fiction, female authors, intersections of literature with legal/medical fields, transmedia storytelling, genre fiction including crime and sci-fi, plus specialized studies on Galileo, Manzoni and his legacy, Moravia, Deledda, Drigo, and Ferrante).
