You'll have the opportunity to study at the prestigious MRC Centre for Medical Mycology, a globally recognized research hub addressing critical fungal disease threats to public health
The curriculum explores medical mycology, immune responses, infection mechanisms at molecular levels, and infectious disease genomics
Students will complete a 6-month research project, choosing from vetted studies on fungal pathogen biology or host-pathogen dynamics. (MRC Centre-funded students in our MRes-PhD Programme complete two 3-month projects.)
