The Strategy and Security Institute fosters a dynamic, cooperative research environment where experts from diverse fields examine modern security challenges. Our global network of scholars and professionals has a proven track record in securing external grants, fostering partnerships, and driving meaningful change.

The Security, Conflict and Human Rights program offers an interdisciplinary approach, acknowledging that conventional security studies must expand to address broader human security concerns—including domestic instability and violence—to formulate more effective conflict resolution and social justice strategies.

This program prepares researchers with cross-disciplinary expertise to influence academic work, policymaking, and practical solutions for preventing and reducing security threats.

Our research programs allow students to work alongside distinguished scholars and practitioners specializing in strategic and security studies. We encourage applications from those interested in our core research themes, though we also support projects across various subjects.
