No previous legal education is necessary. Candidates should possess relevant background knowledge in finance and/or accounting. The LLM Law and Business: Finance and Accounting program is an official legal degree that can serve as a pathway to legal qualification. Focus on Finance and Accounting and earn a degree officially titled 'Master of Laws LLM Law and Business: Finance and Accounting'. This program integrates legal and business instruction through collaboration between Exeter Law School and the Triple Accredited University of Exeter Business School. We will consider applicants with a high 2:2 Honours degree with at least 57% or above (or equivalent) alongside relevant prior knowledge of finance and/or accounting. This could be gained either through work experience or through the course content of your undergraduate degree. IELTS :6.5 overall and no less than 6 in any section and TOEFL:90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, listening, reading and speaking.
