Our program merges in-depth criminology studies with comprehensive sociological perspectives, empowering you to examine crime, offenders, and justice systems within broader societal frameworks. Grasping social dynamics is fundamental to comprehending all related phenomena, criminal behavior included. This curriculum further enables you to implement sociological concepts to criminology by addressing critical inquiries. Experts in these fields tackle society's most urgent challenges, policy decisions, and moral quandaries. Throughout your studies, you'll investigate criminal behavior, justice systems, and penal approaches within their social settings. The program also examines societal approaches to historical and contemporary matters, with colonialism, post-colonial studies, and human rights evolution forming the core of every critical examination.
This program serves as exceptional groundwork for advanced academic pursuits, with numerous graduates achieving success in academia both domestically and internationally. Other alumni have built rewarding careers in NGOs, municipal governments, policy research centers, state agencies, charitable organizations, media production, and research institutions.
