The four-year MLaw program (extended to five years with study abroad or placements) builds the same fundamental legal skills as the LLB while exploring advanced subjects for a master's qualification. You'll study all core legal disciplines plus diverse electives such as: Intellectual property law, Global environmental regulations, Legal studies in literature
Civil liberties, Forensic evidence applications
You'll cultivate a nuanced understanding of law's role within social, political, and economic frameworks. Beyond memorizing statutes, you'll examine law's societal purpose, legal philosophy, policy matters, and legislative improvements. Specialization options include three tracks: civil rights law, global legal systems, or business law.
