Our doctoral program in Health and Organizational Research provides an exceptional chance to conduct studies across diverse healthcare and workplace settings. Whether your focus is on improving healthcare systems or examining employee wellness in particular organizations, our experienced faculty can guide your research journey.

The School of Health and Social Care maintains a strong partnership with our Service User Reference Group (SURG), comprising individuals with lived experience of care systems. These service users, caregivers, and volunteers help shape our curriculum, ensuring patient and client needs remain central to our programs. SURG members participate in admissions processes and frequently join interview panels, helping us identify candidates best suited for both the program and their professional futures.

Alumni from our program have secured roles in clinical and administrative leadership positions across healthcare providers, hospitals, care facilities, and government agencies.
