Our BSc Sports Therapy program equips you with the foundational knowledge to support your hands-on abilities, preparing you for registration as a professional sports therapist. This program emphasizes career readiness and personal growth, helping you develop into an independent practitioner who is both skilled and committed to ongoing learning.

The curriculum draws from extensive experience in sports therapy education. You'll master various treatment techniques such as electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and manual therapies. In your final year, you'll undertake 200 hours of supervised clinical practice at our Sports Therapy Clinic and with external teams, gaining real-world experience under professional guidance.
Most specialized instruction occurs in small, practice-focused classes. Upon completing the program, you'll qualify for registration with the Society of Sports Therapists, enabling you to work independently in clinical settings or with sports organizations.

Graduates can register with the Society of Sports Therapists to practice privately, with teams, or at sports clubs. Growing recognition of exercise's role in health creates additional career possibilities.
The program also provides a foundation for advanced study in fields like sports science, healthcare professions (such as nursing or physiotherapy), or education through PGCE qualifications.
