Our BSc in Global Sustainability prepares students to tackle the major environmental challenges impacting Earth and its ecosystems. This program engages participants in worldwide problem-solving while providing interdisciplinary tools to handle intricate sustainability issues through a cutting-edge curriculum.
You'll examine human-nature relationships across local, national, and international scales while developing essential data analysis capabilities for sustainability careers. Our research-driven faculty will train you with the expertise to solve our planet's most pressing environmental challenges.
Organizations across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors increasingly require sustainability integration, creating expanding job prospects.
There's growing need for cross-disciplinary scientists, particularly in sustainability-related roles spanning education, research, business, policy, NGOs, and industry - including positions like Circular Economy Specialists, Sustainability Advisors, Policy Directors, Carbon Neutrality Coordinators, and Environmental Restoration Planners.

GCSE: Mathematics C/4
A-levels: BBB - BBC or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A-levels including B in Biology or Environmental Science (or equivalent).
Acceptable A-level equivalents are Environmental Technology, Geography, Life and Health Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics.
Please note we are unable to accept A-level Applied Science to meet the Biology or Environmental Science (or equivalent) requirement
BTEC: DDM – DMM or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of the equivalent of 2 full A-levels.
Other qualifications that hold UCAS tariff points, and combined qualifications: 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A levels or equivalent including B in Biology or Environmental Science (or equivalent).
IB:30-29 points points or three Higher Level certificates with 555 - 554 including 5 in Higher Level Biology.
Plus Standard Level Mathematics, if not taken at Higher Level. We will accept grade 4 in either Standard Level Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches or Standard Level Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation.
We are also happy to consider a combination of separate IB Diploma Programme courses (formerly certificates) at both Higher and Standard Level. Exact offer levels will vary depending on the range of subjects being taken at higher and standard level, and the course applied for.
