Interest in Scandinavian languages and cultures continues to grow worldwide. The area's creative output in television, cinema, and literature receives international recognition, while the Nordic Model of social and economic organization attracts significant academic attention.
Our program enables you to achieve fluency in modern Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish while examining Scandinavian cultural heritage and contemporary developments.
No prior knowledge of Scandinavian languages is required, as we offer beginner-level instruction. By your third year, you'll be prepared for a full academic year abroad in Denmark, Norway, or Sweden.
