This program delivers cutting-edge research and innovative practices in educational technology and advanced instructional design methods to transform global learning and teaching approaches. As one of the University's interdisciplinary offerings bridging technology, computing, pedagogy, and education, graduates will gain comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in educational technology, encompassing learning content creation, technology evaluation, and implementation strategies. Students opting for the placement track will complete a 120 P-credit Industrial Placement Module with one of our educational technology partners, jointly assessed by the organization and University, with results appearing on academic records. This practical component allows application of first-year MSc knowledge in real-world professional settings.
Graduates will develop versatile skills applicable to diverse roles such as: Digital learning specialist, Education Technology Manager, Academic Innovation Coordinator, LMS Administrator, Curriculum Design Specialist, Instructional Systems Developer, Learning Solutions Consultant, Digital Content Creator, Online Educator, Learning Strategy Manager, Educational Policy Advisor, School Evaluation Officer, EdTech Specialist, or Learning Systems Analyst.
