Schools place significant importance on research, especially interdisciplinary applied research that shapes and informs policies and practices. Scotland provides an ideal setting to advance initiatives focused on social inclusion, academic success, and lifelong well-being, particularly as integrated approaches and cross-sector partnerships become increasingly vital. Our teams work closely with various University departments (including Nursing, Medicine, Computing, and Psychology), national and international academic institutions, and key organizations (such as government bodies, NGOs, nonprofits, professional groups, corporate partners, and other entities). Connections with the University of Dundee Graduate School, the Social Dimensions of Health Institute, as well as research councils and funding organizations, further strengthen our collaborative network.
